At Moodsweave, every custom neon piece is crafted with care. To ensure you feel confident in your purchase, all products include a 2-year limited warranty.

Warranty Coverage

All Moodsweave products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, beginning on the date you receive your item.

Warranty services may vary depending on the product and its specific conditions.

1. Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or not working properly:

We may request photos or videos showing the damage.

If the buyer does not respond or complete required steps within 10 days, the buyer assumes responsibility for any resulting loss.

2. Used or Installed Products

Products that have been used or installed cannot be returned unless the issue is due to a product quality defect.

If you encounter difficulties during installation or use, simply reach out—we’re here to help.

3. Issues After 30 Days

For any quality or installation-related issues occurring after 30 days:

Whenever possible, include supporting photos or videos.

We will assist you in resolving the problem promptly.

Replacements are available, but depending on the issue, fees may apply.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Your warranty will be void if:

Installation or usage instructions provided by Moodsweave were not followed.

Any components were replaced with non-Moodsweave or third-party parts.

The product was operated outside the recommended electrical parameters.

The product experienced abnormal usage, including:

under-voltage or over-voltage

excessive power cycling

operating in extreme temperatures or conditions beyond normal limits

Disclaimer

Please be mindful of the product’s operating temperature.

Damage caused by exceeding temperature limits—whether due to natural conditions or human factors—is not covered by the warranty.
